The Lincolnton Wolves basketball squad (Lincolnton, NC), was crushed 70-26 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Bandys Trojans (Catawba, NC)

With the victory, Bandys advances its record to 8-3 on the year. The Trojans travel to Maiden (Maiden, NC) to meet the Blue Devils in a 2A Catawba Valley battle on Monday, January 13. The Blue Devils enter the battle with a record of 11-2. Maiden won 59-15 in their recent league battle against West Caldwell (Lenoir, NC)

The Wolves now own a 7-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to West Caldwell for a 2A Catawba Valley battle on Thursday, January 9. Lincolnton will meet a Warriors squad coming off a 59-15 league loss to Maiden (Maiden, NC). The Warriors record now stands at 1-8.
