The Lake Holcombe Chieftains basketball team scored 45 points and limited the visiting Bruce Red Raiders to 31 in the Chieftains league triumph on Tuesday.

The Chieftains now have a 4-5 record. They play next when they travel to Cornell for a Lakeland - East game on Thursday, January 9. Lake Holcombe will confront a Chiefs team coming off a 47-18 league loss to Prairie Farm (Prairie Farm, WI). The Chiefs record now stands at 1-8.

With the loss, Bruce falls to 2-7 on the campaign. The Red raiders travel to Birchwood (Birchwood, WI) to confront the Bobcats in a Lakeland - East game on Thursday, January 9. The Bobcats go into the game with a record of 2-5. Birchwood lost 63-27 in their recent league game against Clayton (Clayton, WI)
