In Tuesday's league test, the Lake Dallas Falcons (Corinth, TX) basketball squad defeated the visiting Celina Bobcats (Celina, TX), by a final score of 53-37.

Next, the Falcons clash with the Van Alstyne Panthers (Van Alstyne, TX) in a 4A Region II District 9 test, on Friday, January 10. Lake Dallas will attempt to upgrade on its 14-9 season record. The Panthers come into the test with a 10-15 record after their 83-30 league loss to Panther Creek (Frisco, TX).

The Bobcats (10-10) will now prepare for their test against Gainesville (Gainesville, TX). The Leopards come into the 4A Region II District 9 test with a 8-14 record. In their last test, Gainesville went down by Sanger (Sanger, TX), 51-23, in a league test.
