With the victory, Chapin upgrades its record to 8-8 on the year. The Eagles host Dutch Fork (Irmo, SC) to face the Silver Foxes in a AAAAA Region 4 match on Thursday, January 9. The Silver Foxes enter the match with a record of 11-1. Dutch Fork won 67-48 in their recent non-league match against Keenan (Columbia, SC)

The Cavaliers now sport a 1-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Joseph's Catholic for a AAA Region 2 match on Thursday, January 9. Christ Church Episcopal will face a Knights squad coming off a 53-45 non-league win over Westminster (Atlanta, GA). The Knights record now stands at 5-4.
