The Scott Beavers basketball team scored 59 points and limited the host Cimarron Bluejays to 50 in the Beavers league triumph on Tuesday.

The Beavers now possess a 3-4 record. They play next when they host Ulysses for a Great Western game on Tuesday, January 14.

With the loss, Cimarron falls to 2-5 on the campaign. The Bluejays host Holcomb (Holcomb, KS) to confront the Longhorns in a Great Western game on Friday, January 10. The Longhorns go into the game with a record of 6-1. Holcomb won 46-44 in their recent league game against Goodland (Goodland, KS)
