Georgia High School Basketball - Southwest DeKalb overwhelms Clarkston

The Southwest DeKalb Panthers basketball team scored 60 points and limited the host Clarkston Angoras to 10 in the Panthers league triumph on Tuesday.
The Panthers now possess a 10-5 record. They play next when they host North Springs for a AAAA Region 5 game on Friday, January 10. Southwest DeKalb will play a Spartans team coming off a 43-25 non-league loss to Cambridge (Milton, GA). The Spartans record now stands at 4-11.
With the loss, Clarkston falls to 1-12 on the campaign. The Angoras travel to Marist (Atlanta, GA) to play the War Eagles in a AAAA Region 5 game on Friday, January 10. The War Eagles go into the game with a record of 14-2. Marist won 85-33 in their recent league game against Lithonia (Lithonia, GA)
