In Tuesday's league test, the Cook Hornets (Adel, GA) basketball squad got by the visiting Pierce County Bears (Blackshear, GA), by a score of 36-31.
Next, the Hornets clash with the Brooks County Trojans (Quitman, GA) in a non-league test, on Wednesday, January 8. Cook will attempt to improve on its 6-7 season record. The Trojans come into the test with a 6-2 record after their 54-36 league win over Lanier County (Lakeland, GA).
