In Tuesday's non-league contest, the visiting Lavaca Golden Arrows basketball team scored a close 48-42 triumph over the County Line Indians.
The Golden Arrows (7-10) will now prepare for their contest against Mansfield (Mansfield, AR). The Tigers go into the 3A Region 4 contest with a 8-5 record. In their last contest, Mansfield nipped Cedarville (Cedarville, AR), 46-38, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Indians battle the Oark Hornets (Oark, AR) in a 1A Region 4 contest, on Friday, January 10. County Line will attempt to better on its 9-10 season record. The Hornets go into the contest with a 2-12 record after their 64-27 league loss to Magazine (Magazine, AR).
