The Shafter Generals basketball team scored 68 points and limited the host Delano Tigers to 13 in the Generals league triumph on Tuesday.

The Generals now have a 10-4 record. They play next when they travel to Taft for a South Sequoia game on Friday, January 10. Shafter will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 37-16 league win over Chavez (Delano, CA). The Wildcats record now stands at 5-8.

With the loss, Delano falls to 2-7 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Wasco (Wasco, CA) to confront the Tigers in a South Sequoia game on Thursday, January 9. The Tigers go into the game with a record of 8-6.
