In Tuesday's league contest, the host Pee Dee Academy Golden Eagles basketball team scored a big 58-27 triumph over the Dillon Christian Warriors.
The Golden Eagles (10-2) will now prepare for their contest against Florence Christian (Florence, SC). The Eagles go into the SCISA 3A Region III contest with a 7-6 record. In their last contest, Florence Christian smashed Christian Academy (Myrtle Beach, SC), 33-14, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Warriors confront the Lee Academy Cavaliers (Bishopville, SC) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, January 9. Dillon Christian will attempt to better on its 0-3 season record. The Cavaliers go into the contest with a 4-2 record after their 34-24 non-league win over Williamsburg Academy (Kingstree, SC).
