Georgia High School Basketball - Dodge County overwhelms Jefferson County

The Dodge County Indians basketball team scored 71 points and limited the host Jefferson County Warriors to 28 in the Indians league triumph on Tuesday.
The Indians now have a 7-6 record. They play next when they travel to Academy for Classical Education for a A D1 Region 2 game on Thursday, January 9. Dodge County will confront a Gryphons team coming off a 55-27 league win over Northeast (Macon, GA). The Gryphons record now stands at 13-1.
With the loss, Jefferson County falls to 4-9 on the campaign. The Warriors host Dublin (Dublin, GA) to confront the Fighting Irish in a A D1 Region 2 game on Friday, January 10. The Fighting Irish go into the game with a record of 3-10. Dublin lost 80-38 in their recent league game against East Laurens (East Dublin, GA)
