Nebraska High School Basketball - Valentine routs Gordon-Rushville

January 7, 2025: Valentine, NE 69201

In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host Valentine basketball team scored a big 55-27 triumph over the Gordon-Rushville Mustangs.

The (4-6) will now prepare for their contest against Minden (Minden, NE). The Whippets go into the non-league contest with a 9-0 record. In their last contest, Minden smashed Beatrice (Beatrice, NE), 53-32, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Mustangs battle the Mitchell Tigers (Mitchell, NE) in a C1 District 12 contest, on Friday, January 10. Gordon-Rushville will attempt to better on its 4-4 season record. The Tigers go into the contest with a 5-4 record after their 30-26 non-league loss to South Platte (Big Springs, NE).
