The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Riverside Panthers (Decaturville, TN) and the host Hughes Lions (Clifton, TN), observed Riverside's basketball team overwhelm Hughes by a score of 69-30.

The Panthers (11-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Chester County (Henderson, TN). The Eagles come into the non-league challenge with a 5-10 record. In their last challenge, Chester County trounced Jackson North Side (Jackson, TN), 53-29, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Lions battle the Hollow Rock-Bruceton Central Tigers (Bruceton, TN) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 16. Hughes will attempt to improve on its 5-7 season record.
