The Lauderdale County Tigers (Rogersville, AL) basketball edged the host Loretto Mustangs (Loretto, TN), 54-50 in Tuesday's non-league bout.
The Tigers now possess a 14-1 record. They play next when they host Clements for a 3A Area 16 bout on Friday, January 10.
With the loss, Loretto falls to 10-7 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Lawrence County (Lawrenceburg, TN) to play the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 9. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 8-4. Lawrence County won 68-63 in their recent non-league bout against Lincoln County (Fayetteville, TN)
