In Tuesday's league test, the Madison Bulldogs (Madison, ME) basketball squad defeated the host Monmouth Academy Mustangs (Monmouth, ME), by a final score of 47-29.
Next, the Bulldogs clash with the Mountain Valley Falcons (Rumford, ME) in a non-league test, on Thursday, January 9. Madison will attempt to upgrade on its 5-3 season record. The Falcons come into the test with a 5-5 record after their 45-39 league loss to Lincoln Academy (Newcastle, ME).
The Mustangs (4-7) will now prepare for their test against Lisbon (Lisbon Falls, ME). The Greyhounds come into the non-league test with a 0-9 record. In their last test, Lisbon went down by St. Dominic (Lewiston, ME), 66-15, in a non-league test.
