The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Midland Legacy Rebels (Midland, TX) and the visiting Odessa Bronchos (Odessa, TX), observed Midland Legacy's basketball team overwhelm Odessa by a score of 49-22.

The Rebels (13-12) will now prepare for their challenge against Midland (Midland, TX). The Bulldogs come into the 6A Region I District 2 challenge with a 15-10 record. In their last challenge, Midland was routed by San Angelo Central (San Angelo, TX), 36-31, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Bronchos encounter the Permian Panthers (Odessa, TX) in a 6A Region I District 2 challenge, on Friday, January 10. Odessa will attempt to improve on its 9-16 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 8-15 record after their 92-22 league loss to Frenship (Wolfforth, TX).
