North Carolina High School Basketball - North Lenoir overwhelmed by Southwest Onslow

January 7, 2025: LaGrange, NC 28551

The Southwest Onslow Stallions bounced the host North Lenoir Hawks basketball squad by a final score of 43-18 in Tuesday's league outing.

Next, the Stallions clash with the Kinston Vikings (Kinston, NC) in a 2A East Central outing, on Wednesday, January 8. Southwest Onslow will attempt to upgrade on its 6-3 season record. The Vikings come into the outing with a 10-1 record after their 56-45 league loss to East Duplin (Beulaville, NC).

The Hawks (4-6) will now prepare for their outing against Wallace-Rose Hill (Teachey, NC). The Bulldogs come into the 2A East Central outing with a 2-6 record. In their last outing, Wallace-Rose Hill routed South Lenoir (Deep Run, NC), 39-14, in a league outing.
