In Tuesday's league contest, the host Prairie View Thunderhawks basketball team scored a good 35-21 triumph over the Westminster Wolves.
The Thunderhawks (2-3) will now prepare for their contest against Riverdale Ridge (Thornton, CO). The Ravens go into the contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, Riverdale Ridge topped Grandview (Aurora, CO), 37-20, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Wolves battle the Northglenn Norsemen (Northglenn, CO) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, January 16. Westminster will attempt to better on its 0-2 season record.
