The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the South Whidbey Falcons (Langley, WA) and the visiting Bear Creek Grizzlies (Redmond, WA), observed South Whidbey's basketball team knock off Bear Creek by a score of 30-13.
The Falcons (3-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Sultan (Sultan, WA). The Turks come into the non-league challenge with a 4-4 record. In their last challenge, Sultan prevailed over Coupeville (Coupeville, WA), 50-36, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Grizzlies encounter the Granite Falls Tigers (Granite Falls, WA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 14. Bear Creek will attempt to improve on its 0-5 season record.
