The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Northwest Christian School Crusaders (Colbert, WA) and the visiting Davenport Gorillas (Davenport, WA), observed Northwest Christian School's basketball team overcome Davenport by a margin of 36-19.

The Crusaders (10-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Riverside (Chattaroy, WA). The Rams come into the non-league challenge with a 0-6 record. In their last challenge, Riverside dropped by West Valley (Spokane, WA), 45-2, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Gorillas battle the Medical Lake Cardinals (Medical Lake, WA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 9. Davenport will attempt to better on its 0-2 season record. The Cardinals come into the challenge with a 0-5 record after their 48-10 non-league loss to Lind-Ritzville/Sprague/Washtucna (Ritzville, WA).
