In Tuesday's league contest, the visiting New Life Academy Bobcats basketball team scored a close 27-20 triumph over the Victory Christian Eagles.
The Bobcats (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against Suffolk Christian Academy (Suffolk, VA). The Knights go into the contest with a 2-0 record. In their last contest, Suffolk Christian Academy nipped Ahoskie Christian (Ahoskie, NC), 27-23, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Eagles battle the Bethel Assembly Christian Academy Eagles (Windsor, NC) in a contest, on Tuesday, January 14. Victory Christian will attempt to better on its 2-2 season record.
