Fans at Tuesday's league battle between the Kern Valley Broncs (Lake Isabella, CA) and the host Desert Scorpions (Edwards AFB, CA), saw Kern Valley's soccer squad knock off Desert by a count of 4-1.

The Broncs (2-4) will now prepare for their battle against Frazier Mountain (Lebec, CA). The Falcons enter the High Desert battle with a 2-3 record. In their last battle, Frazier Mountain tipped California City (California City, CA), 2-0, in a league battle.

Next up, the Scorpions battle the Bishop Union Broncos (Bishop, CA) in a High Desert battle, on Thursday, January 9. Desert will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record. The Broncos enter the battle with a 7-1 record after their 6-0 league win over Rosamond (Rosamond, CA).
