The Orcutt Academy Spartans soccer squad scored 6 points and restricted the visiting Nipomo Titans to 0 in the Spartans league win on Tuesday.

The Spartans (8-3) will now prepare for their battle against Pioneer Valley (Santa Maria, CA). The Panthers enter the non-league battle with a 4-5 record. In their last battle, Pioneer Valley was overwhelmed by Santa Maria (Santa Maria, CA), 1-0, in a league battle.

Next up, the Titans confront the Templeton Eagles (Templeton, CA) in a Ocean battle, on Friday, January 10. Nipomo will attempt to upgrade on its 0-11 season record. The Eagles enter the battle with a 3-6 record after their 2-1 league loss to Mission College Prep (San Luis Obispo, CA).
