In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host Spring Creek Spartans basketball team scored a big 55-17 triumph over the Lowry Buckaroos.

The Spartans (12-2) will now prepare for their contest against Dayton (Dayton, NV). The Dust Devils go into the contest with a 2-3 record. In their last contest, Dayton smashed Lowry (Winnemucca, NV), 37-29, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Buckaroos confront the Churchill County Greenwave (Fallon, NV) in a non-league contest, on Friday, January 10. Lowry will attempt to better on its 2-11 season record.
