In Tuesday's non-league contest, the visiting Stuart W. Cramer Storm basketball team scored a big 60-29 triumph over the North Gaston Wildcats.
The Storm (8-2) will now prepare for their contest against South Point (Belmont, NC). The Red Raiders go into the contest with a 6-4 record. In their last contest, South Point smashed Forestview (Gastonia, NC), 45-40, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Wildcats confront the Forestview Jaguars (Gastonia, NC) in a non-league contest, on Friday, January 10. North Gaston will attempt to better on its 6-4 season record. The Jaguars go into the contest with a 5-5 record after their 45-40 league loss to South Point (Belmont, NC).
