The Perris Panthers soccer squad scored 3 points and held the host Hillcrest Trojans to 1 in the Panthers league victory on Tuesday.

The Panthers now possess a 9-0 record. They play next when they host Canyon Springs for a Inland Valley bout on Thursday, January 9. Perris will play a Cougars squad coming off a 1-1 non-league Lakeside (Lake Elsinore, CA). The Cougars record now stands at 5-4.

With the loss, Hillcrest moves to 4-6 on the year. The Trojans travel to Rancho Christian (Temecula, CA) to play the Eagles in a South Eastern bout on Thursday, January 9.
