The Pershing County Mustangs basketball team (Lovelock, NV), was nudged 43-40 in Saturday's league battle with the visiting Silver Stage Nighthawks (Silver Springs, NV)

The Nighthawks now possess a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Incline for a 2A North battle on Tuesday, January 11. Silver Stage will confront a Highlanders team coming off a 71-48 league win over Battle Mountain (Battle Mountain, NV). The Highlanders record now stands at 11-1.
