The Chambersburg Trojans basketball team (Chambersburg, PA), was toppled 52-40 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host James Buchanan Rockets (Mercersburg, PA)
The Rockets now possess a 7-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Northern York for a Mid-Penn - Colonial battle on Tuesday, January 11. James Buchanan will confront a Polar Bears team coming off a 44-36 league loss to Big Spring (Newville, PA). The Polar Bears record now stands at 3-4.
The Trojans (0-5) will now prepare for their battle against Boiling Springs (Boiling Springs, PA). The Bubblers come into the non-league battle with a 0-6 record. In their last battle, Boiling Springs was toppled by James Buchanan (Mercersburg, PA), 42-12, in a league battle.
