The St. Cecilia Bluehawks basketball team scored 51 points and held the visiting Lincoln Christian Crusaders to 40 in the Bluehawks non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Bluehawks now sport a 11-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Northwest for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 11. St. Cecilia will battle a Vikings team coming off a 47-36 non-league loss to Clarkson/Leigh (Clarkson, NE). The Vikings record now stands at 5-6.
With the defeat, Lincoln Christian moves to 3-9 on the year. The Crusaders travel to Louisville (Louisville, NE) to face the Lions in a non-league match on Thursday, January 13. The Lions enter the match with a record of 6-7. Louisville won 42-28 in their recent non-league match against Fort Calhoun (Fort Calhoun, NE)
