The Agawam Brownies thwarted the host West Springfield Terriers basketball team by a tally of 56-46 in Monday's league battle.
The Brownies now possess a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Pittsfield for a Suburban - North battle on Thursday, January 11. Agawam will battle a Generals team coming off a 76-65 league loss to Taconic (Pittsfield, MA). The Generals record now stands at 6-4.
The Terriers (1-7) will now prepare for their battle against Wahconah Regional (Dalton, MA). The Warriors come into the non-league battle with a 4-3 record.
