Edmond Memorial Bulldogs (Edmond, OK) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Enid Plainsmen (Enid, OK), 76-59 in a league bout.

With the win, Edmond Memorial upgrades its record to 9-3 on the season. The Bulldogs host Union (Tulsa, OK) to clash with the Redhawks in a 6A District 3 bout on Friday, January 12. The Redhawks go into the bout with a record of 8-2.

Next up, the Plainsmen clash with the Putnam City Pirates (Oklahoma City, OK) in a 6A District 3 bout, on Friday, January 12. Enid will attempt to upgrade on its 3-6 season record.
