Harriman Blue Devils (Harriman, TN) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Oliver Springs Bobcats (Oliver Springs, TN), 71-32 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Harriman upgrades its record to 13-1 on the campaign. The Blue Devils travel to Midway (Kingston, TN) to play the Green Wave in a 1A District 4 bout on Friday, January 12. The Green Wave come into the bout with a record of 3-8.

Next up, the Bobcats play the Oakdale Eagles (Oakdale, TN) in a 1A District 4 bout, on Tuesday, January 9. Oliver Springs will attempt to upgrade on its 9-8 season record. The Eagles come into the bout with a 3-9 record after their 70-51 non-league loss to Grace Christian Academy (Knoxville, TN).
