The Kennedy Cougars (Granada Hills, CA) basketball knocked off the host Reseda Regents (Reseda, CA), 61-46 in Monday's league test.

The Cougars (7-9) will now prepare for their outing against San Fernando (San Fernando, CA). The Tigers go into the Valley Mission outing with a 8-8 record. In their last outing, San Fernando was topped by Canoga Park (Canoga Park, CA), 59-49, in a league outing.

The Regents now hold a 3-6 record. They play next when they travel to Panorama for a Valley Mission outing on Wednesday, January 10. Reseda will clash with a Pythons squad coming off a 67-46 non-league loss to Van Nuys (Van Nuys, CA). The Pythons record now stands at 3-9.
