Pawnee Indians (Pawnee, IL) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Lutheran Crusaders (Springfield, IL), 46-42 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Pawnee upgrades its record to 5-9 on the season. The Indians host Calvary (Springfield, IL) to play the Saints in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 9. The Saints go into the bout with a record of 13-4. Calvary lost 56-54 in their recent non-league bout against Maroa-Forsyth (Maroa, IL)

Next up, the Crusaders play the Lincolnwood Lancers (Raymond, IL) in a bout, on Tuesday, January 16. Lutheran will attempt to upgrade on its 8-9 season record.
