The Underwood Rockets basketball team scored 69 points and restricted the host Parkers Prairie Panthers to 61 in the Rockets league victory on Monday.

The Rockets now sport a 5-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Brandon/Evansville for a A Section 6 contest on Tuesday, January 9. Underwood will battle a Chargers team coming off a 62-57 league win over Rothsay (Rothsay, MN). The Chargers record now stands at 5-2.

The Panthers (6-4) will now prepare for their contest against Hillcrest Lutheran Academy (Fergus Falls, MN). The Comets come into the A Section 6 contest with a 8-1 record. In their last contest, Hillcrest Lutheran Academy prevailed over Lake Park-Audubon (Lake Park, MN), 65-26, in a league contest.
