The Washington School for the Deaf Terriers (Vancouver, WA) basketball nipped the visiting Pe Ell Trojans (Pe Ell, WA), 40-39 in Monday's league test.
The Terriers (5-6) will now prepare for their test against Firm Foundation Christian (Battle Ground, WA). The Eagles go into the 1B Columbia Valley test with a 1-6 record. In their last test, Firm Foundation Christian got by Three Rivers Christian (Longview, WA), 60-31, in a league test.
The Trojans now own a 3-9 record. They play next when they host Columbia Adventist Academy for a 1B Columbia Valley test on Tuesday, January 9. Pe Ell will encounter a Kodiaks squad coming off a 81-72 non-league loss to Auburn Adventist (Auburn, WA). The Kodiaks record now stands at 7-3.
