The Wood-Ridge Blue Devils basketball team scored 69 points and restricted the host Wallington Panthers to 47 in the Blue Devils league victory on Monday.

The Blue Devils now sport a 2-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Secaucus for a non-league contest on Wednesday, January 10. Wood-Ridge will battle a Patriots team coming off a 58-54 league loss to Weehawken (Weehawken, NJ). The Patriots record now stands at 2-8.

The Panthers (0-9) will now prepare for their contest against St. Mary (Rutherford, NJ). The Gaels come into the non-league contest with a 9-0 record. In their last contest, St. Mary triumphed over Teaneck (Teaneck, NJ), 67-61, in a non-league contest.
