The Woodland Wolves (Woodland, CA) basketball knocked off the visiting Mira Loma Matadors (Sacramento, CA), 58-39 in Monday's league test.

The Wolves (6-1) will now prepare for their test against Rio Linda (Rio Linda, CA). The Knights go into the test with a 0-8 record. In their last test, Rio Linda went down by Pioneer (Woodland, CA), 63-45, in a league test.

The Matadors now own a 1-4 record. They play next when they travel to Pioneer for a test on Friday, January 19.
