The Conway Christian Eagles (Conway, AR) basketball crushed the visiting Cutter-Morning Star Eagles (Hot Springs National Park, AR), 49-23 in Monday's league test.

The Eagles (9-7) will now prepare for their test against Poyen (Poyen, AR). The Indians go into the 2A Region 5 test with a 10-9 record. In their last test, Poyen was trounced by Mountain Pine (Mountain Pine, AR), 65-45, in a league test.

The Eagles now own a 9-9 record. They play next when they travel to England for a 2A Region 5 outing on Friday, January 12. Cutter-Morning Star will clash with a Lions squad coming off a 53-51 league loss to St. Joseph (Conway, AR). The Lions record now stands at 10-9.
