The West County Bulldogs basketball team scored 43 points and held the host Grandview Eagles to 36 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Monday.

The Bulldogs now sport a 5-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bismarck for a Mineral Area - Small contest on Thursday, January 11. West County will meet a Indians team coming off a 41-33 league loss to Valle Catholic (Ste. Genevieve, MO). The Indians record now stands at 6-3.

The Eagles (4-8) will now prepare for their contest against Valle Catholic (Ste. Genevieve, MO). The Warriors enter the non-league contest with a 10-4 record. In their last contest, Valle Catholic was nudged by St. Vincent (Perryville, MO), 48-47, in a non-league contest.
