Ohio High School Basketball - Mineral Ridge crushes Jackson-Milton

January 8, 2024: North Jackson, OH 44451

Mineral Ridge Rams (Mineral Ridge, OH) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Jackson-Milton Bluejays (North Jackson, OH), 59-37 in a league bout.

With the win, Mineral Ridge upgrades its record to 11-1 on the season. The Rams host McKinley (Sebring, OH) to play the Trojans in a Mahoning Valley - Scarlet bout on Thursday, January 11. The Trojans go into the bout with a record of 3-8. McKinley won 32-26 in their recent non-league bout against John Adams (Cleveland, OH)

Next up, the Bluejays play the Springfield Tigers (New Middletown, OH) in a Mahoning Valley - Scarlet bout, on Thursday, January 11. Jackson-Milton will attempt to upgrade on its 7-5 season record. The Tigers go into the bout with a 9-4 record after their 53-25 league win over McDonald (McDonald, OH).
