South Carolina High School Basketball - Northwestern topped by Lancaster

The Lancaster Bruins basketball team scored 54 points and restricted the visiting Northwestern Trojans to 43 in the Bruins league victory on Monday.
The Bruins now sport a 1-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to South Pointe for a AAAA Region 3 contest on Friday, January 12. Lancaster will battle a Stallions team coming off a 87-36 league win over Catawba Ridge (Fort Mill, SC). The Stallions record now stands at 13-2.
The Trojans (1-14) will now prepare for their contest against Indian Land (Fort Mill, SC). The Warriors come into the AAAA Region 3 contest with a 4-10 record. In their last contest, Indian Land dropped by Butler (Matthews, NC), 58-24, in a non-league contest.
