The Classical Academy Caimans basketball team scored 66 points and held the visiting San Diego Jewish Academy Lions to 42 in the Caimans league triumph on Monday.

The Caimans now sport a 2-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Tri-City Christian for a contest on Wednesday, January 10. Classical Academy will battle a Eagles team coming off a 54-33 league win over Escondido Adventist Academy (Escondido, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 5-9.

With the defeat, San Diego Jewish Academy moves to 0-5 on the year. The Lions host Rock Academy (San Diego, CA) to meet the Warriors in a non-league match on Wednesday, January 10. The Warriors enter the match with a record of 1-9. Rock Academy won 44-35 in their recent non-league match against High Tech SD (San Diego, CA)
