West End Christian Crusaders (Hopewell, VA) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Millwood Bobcats (Midlothian, VA), 46-41 in a non-league bout.

With the win, West End Christian upgrades its record to 4-1 on the season. The Crusaders travel to Farmville Homeschool (Farmville, VA) to play the Lions in a bout on Tuesday, January 9. The Lions go into the bout with a record of 0-3. Farmville Homeschool lost 41-35 in their recent league bout against West End Christian (Hopewell, VA)

Next up, the Bobcats play the The New Community School Sabers (Richmond, VA) in a bout, on Friday, January 12. Millwood will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record. The Sabers go into the bout with a 0-4 record after their 46-18 non-league loss to Collegiate (Richmond, VA).
