The crowd at Wednesday's league challenge between the Grant Community Bulldogs (Fox Lake, IL) and the host Wauconda Bulldogs (Wauconda, IL), observed Grant Community's basketball team edge Wauconda by a score of 75-70.

The Bulldogs (10-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Grayslake Central (Grayslake, IL). The Rams come into the Northern Lake County challenge with a 10-4 record. In their last challenge, Grayslake Central edged Antioch (Antioch, IL), 49-39, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Bulldogs battle the Round Lake Panthers (Round Lake, IL) in a Northern Lake County challenge, on Saturday, January 11. Wauconda will attempt to improve on its 2-14 season record.
