Vermont High School Basketball - Montpelier victorious over Lyndon Institute

In Wednesday's league contest, the host Montpelier Solons basketball team scored a good 66-54 triumph over the Lyndon Institute Vikings.

The Solons (7-1) will now prepare for their contest against North Country Union (Newport, VT). The Falcons go into the non-league contest with a 2-4 record.

In their next game, the Vikings confront the Harwood Highlanders (Moretown, VT) in a Capital contest, on Friday, January 10. Lyndon Institute will attempt to better on its 4-3 season record.
