The Sacred Heart Academy Irish basketball team scored 75 points and limited the host Montabella Mustangs to 24 in the Irish league triumph on Wednesday.

The Irish now have a 10-0 record. They play next when they host Merrill for a Mid-State game on Friday, January 10. Sacred Heart Academy will confront a Vandals team coming off a 61-42 league loss to Carson City-Crystal (Carson City, MI). The Vandals record now stands at 3-6.

With the loss, Montabella falls to 5-4 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Breckenridge (Breckenridge, MI) to confront the Huskies in a Mid-State game on Friday, January 10. The Huskies go into the game with a record of 5-3.
