Arizona High School Basketball - Verde Valley victorious over Telesis Prep

In Wednesday's non-league contest, the host Verde Valley Coyotes basketball team scored a good 36-17 triumph over the Telesis Prep Tigers.
The Coyotes (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against Orme (Mayer, AZ). The Warriors go into the Canyon Division 1 - Fiesta contest with a 0-5 record. In their last contest, Orme was topped by American Heritage Academy (Cottonwood, AZ), 59-29, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Tigers battle the Brighton Charter Tigers (Glendale, AZ) in a non-league contest, on Monday, January 13. Telesis Prep will attempt to better on its 0-7 season record. The Tigers go into the contest with a 1-3 record after their 60-37 non-league loss to Our Lady of the Sun Academy (El Mirage, AZ).
