Georgia High School Basketball - Rockdale County victorious over McDonough

January 8, 2025: Conyers, GA 30012

In Wednesday's non-league contest, the host Rockdale County Bulldogs basketball team scored a good 67-58 triumph over the McDonough Warhawks.

The Bulldogs (7-0) will now prepare for their contest against South Gwinnett (Snellville, GA). The Comets go into the contest with a 3-2 record. In their last contest, South Gwinnett topped Alcovy (Covington, GA), 52-48, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Warhawks battle the Sandy Creek Patriots (Tyrone, GA) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, January 9. McDonough will attempt to better on its 8-2 season record. The Patriots go into the contest with a 4-4 record after their 54-50 non-league loss to East Coweta (Sharpsburg, GA).
