The Walker Valley Mustangs basketball team scored 65 points and limited the host Red Bank Lions to 45 in the Mustangs non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Mustangs now possess a 3-0 record. They play next when they host Cleveland for a non-league game on Friday, January 10. Walker Valley will play a Blue Raiders team coming off a 83-20 non-league win over Chattanooga Central (Harrison, TN). The Blue Raiders record now stands at 3-0.

With the loss, Red Bank falls to 5-7 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Bradley Central (Cleveland, TN) to play the Bears in a non-league game on Saturday, January 11. The Bears go into the game with a record of 2-0. Bradley Central won 82-26 in their recent non-league game against Red Bank (Chattanooga, TN)
